We will start with a practice of breathwork and basic yoga poses inside the arena with the horses. 

We will then have time to groom and breathe with your horse to build a bond before you practice simple yoga on your horse. 

We will close with a cleansing, therapeutic sound bath with the horses in the arena followed by light refreshments. 

Bring your mat, water, and beach towel for under your mat when we practice in the arena (optional). Wear comfy clothes you can move in with boots or tennis shoes, and come prepared to reset your nervous system, get grounded and centered, and feel truly connected with the universe! 

Please arrive 15 minutes early (6:45pm) to sign waivers, get your helmet, and meet the horses.

This will be a beginner-friendly event.
